We have worked hard to ensure that installation
of ProPrompts™ for Integrated Systems is smooth and trouble-free. The installer has been tested rigorously
on several hardware platforms varying in configuration. Our installer
will:
Test
for existence of Dialogic telephony hardware
Search
for the correct installation path
Backup
all files replaced
Allow
easy uninstallation with full restore

166mhz compatible CPU (or greater)

At this moment we are testing ProPrompts™ 1.1 for compatibility
with VoiceGuide 5. If any changes are in order, we will respond
quickly and make the distribution available.
The IVR/call handling solution my company uses isn't listed.
What can I do?
If you use an IVR, call attendant, key system, or PBX not listed
here, you are not out of luck. We are interested in expanding the
market penetration and platform support of ProPrompts™. Contact
us with the information about your system or needs and we will
work with you to provide a solution.
How do I do a manual installation?
ProPrompts™ files can be installed on a system
that does not run supported software. You may also extract the
files separately even if supported software is detected on your
system. Launch
the installer
and
choose
a unique
directory where you want
the
files
(one will
be suggested for you).
